Are the invoices legally compliant?
Workalife includes the typical mandatory details of a German invoice (e.g. address, tax number or VAT ID, sequential number, service date, tax rate). For your specific case and upcoming e-invoicing requirements (XRechnung/ZUGFeRD), please consult your tax adviser.
Can I invoice as a small business?
Yes. Enable the small-business option in settings – no VAT is charged and the required note is printed.
How does my customer receive the invoice?
By e-mail directly from Workalife, as a link via WhatsApp or SMS – or as a PDF to print.
